The remote upload feature is accessible on the homepage on the 'remote url upload' tab. Depending on how you have configured it, users can use it to capture images from external sites based on the url of that image.

  • You can enter multiple urls at once. (option to restrict the amount by user type)
  • It contains progress indicators on each image that is being transferred so users are aware of the percentage complete.
  • Support for FTP image urls in the format ftp://.
  • Admins have the power to limit the total images permitted at once.
  • Admins have the ability to limit the maximum size of each image.
