Free Newsletter Plugin

The newsletter plugin allows you to create, manage and send newsletters to your image sharing sites users.

Front-End Website Changes:

• This plugin is now included for FREE with the core Reservo script!
• Adds an unsubscribe page allowing users to delete themselves from the mailing list. This is configurable to be linked automatically in each email or to be included in the email body.
• Adds a subscribe section allowing users to re-join the mailing list if they wish to do so.

Admin Area Changes:

• Add newsletter page.
• Add newsletter title. (internal use)
• Option to choose what account type to send newsletters too, for example free users only, paid users only, all users etc.
• Detail the newsletter text in a 'what you see is what you get' interface.
• You can choose from various data replacements within the email as listed below:
• Forename
• Surname
• Title
• Site username
• Account level
• Date email sent
• Time email sent
• Use images, bold, italic, underline, lists, tables, styles etc.
• Option to create a newsletter which can be saved and sent at a later date.
• Option to send the newsletter to yourself only for testing.
• You can manage all previous newsletters via the interface.
• Amend newsletter.
• Remove pending/draft newsletter.
• View all previously sent newsletters.
• Extract users data:
• Select exactly which users columns to extract.
• Extract by account level.
• Option to exclude or include unsubscribed users.
• Extract can be in CSV, XLS or XLSX file format.
• The unsubscribe text is automatically added to the bottom of each newsletter. (Configurable)
